Founded in 2010, Healthy Hive Consulting for community and organizational development is a uniquely versatile, creative and intersectoral multi-service social purpose consulting company.

The “Hive” in Healthy Hive refers to your group, team, workplace, organization; we ask the question “How healthy is your hive and how can we help it be healthier?” Healthy Hive works with you to help your team function as productively and harmoniously as a Bee Hive. The consultants from Healthy Hive ask meaningful questions, listen deeply, create space (venues and mechanisms) for honest conversations and reflection, facilitating analysis, collaboration, and innovation.

The team at Healthy Hive have worked in arts and culture, recreation and sport, environment, health, justice, education, housing, anti-poverty, Community Economic Development, youth and families, newcomer settlement, reconciliation and equity, access and inclusion sectors.
