In 2010 Sue founded a social purpose company - Healthy Hive Consulting; for community and organizational development.

A uniquely versatile intersectoral, and multi-service consultancy.

Healthy Hive’s work is informed by Sue’s previous 25-year career in government and non profit, with significant roles including:
Executive Director, Human Rights Officer, Grants Program Consultant, Leadership Essentials Trainer - Coach, Conflict Resolution Mediator, Communications and Outreach and Community Development Specialist, Access and Equity Program Developer / Manager, and Advocate. .

For 5 years, Sue was a Sessional Professor at Canadian Mennonite University (CMU) in the Peace Skills Degree Program and for 26 years as an Associate Trainer / Workplace Mediator for Mediation Services.
